Greetings Paul,
Speaking of on the road again…….you’re heading West? Hopefully some place more reasonable to live than California. Personally, with the costs and taxes here in Michigan I sure wouldn’t make this my first choice.
There sure were a lot of memories from T-land. Some good, some not. Some things that were going on in the field I wish I had been aware of–but, in retrospect at least it was something to learn from. I try to follow the “if you can’t say something good…” philosophy so I won’t say too much about Thermotron but the last 3 years seem to have made the problems with that management theory finally have a major effect on their business. It surprises me that it takes so long for results to be seen from both good and bad things. I would expect quicker results.
It seems to work for us to be aware of the competition but not sell against them or even address them too much in our approach, just concentrate on the equipment and what we will do for the customer. I have come to learn that there are some bad customers, very few actually, but it’s best just to walk away and leave those to someone else.
Of course I think we could use more service people but I can’t argue against the volume numbers I see coming in. The trend is up but not by leaps and bounds so we’re still in a holding pattern as far as adding people. I certainly think you would be an asset. We don’t have a wild crew (unless I’m missing something again) but then how wild can one guy be? As we get older we get wiser.
To thine own self be true. (and to heck with the rest)
I hope the move works out well and keep in touch.
Best regards,
Tom
as always.. humble
thanks for letting me vent over these 20+ years..
But if i have ever hurt someone it was not intentional, but interesting hil sysbesma referred to
the management style as “petty and vinidictive..Especallyafter o’kefe brought a law suit agains
him for a million dallars as recall Hil telling me. When you leave with out his permission.
Tom banish’s management style as dean tripp(i believe he is 70 years old this year or 71) said
was”make it hard on him” he wanted to build a case against every one..
and Tom bannish was very succussful in that .. without a doubt
yes i never really fit in there.
gosh i guess i was a square.. not drinking all that beer at lunch and after work.
That is why tenbrink and dave durham called me squeky..i guess they were wild.. hank william’s
songs..
“on the road again.. i can’t wait to get on the road again” tenbrink singing.. kind of like his
brother who died young ” the cournal ” music man John even gave me a record that his brother
produced.
yes john tenbrink was a wild man..
And mardy rich.. got a taste of his style of “leading people astray” this appears to be another
holland style
Holland’ers, church goers particular wird people.. where dishonesty was the policy..
But you tom patterson.. always seemed normal..
good job… that’s why u are successful
look at these memories.. what a waste of time..

The biggest illusion was i thought it was important.. and nothing the work i did there mattered
at all. it was just a monkey job..
see i did have a blank on my forhead..

who can tell what the future brings.

As Thomas Patterson said he doesn't want to say anything bad about Thomas bannach and family because then they will attack you. Hil sybesma referred to Thomas bannach and family as "the spine less guttless wonder and over payed do nothing's. This is because Thomas bannach promotion of lying cheating stealing and embezzler and backstabber. Diana is a YES dear or who're. David bannach fired by the westly church and Keven working at a company that requires lying stealing and prevert.salrs training.

Having worked with Thomas bannach at thermotron for years .and watching how Thomas treated Jeff schultz in the texas office. It was a surprise that the bannach family went to church as n o one trusted tom or trusted Holland michigan churches. As they are called west michigan hycroptits.

Howard Pittman is the only man known alive today having had an experience similar to both of the experiences reported in the Bible in Isaiah 38:1-5 and II Corinthians 12:3-4.
On August 3, 1979, Howard kept his appointment with death while in an ambulance being moved from one hospital to another. All of this came about because of a massive internal hemorrhage. As the result of keeping his appointment with death, Howard was given a fantastic spiritual experience. In reality, this experience was a warning to the world of the impending return of Jesus Christ and God's judgement, which is also being poured out upon mankind!
It seems that in this modern day, most people are only interested in hearing something good and pleasing. The Bible said that in the "last days" men would go to teachers who said only pleasing things (II Timothy 4:3). It does seem that most people have forgotten that God has a "day of wrath" in store for some! (Colossians 3:6). The most amazing thing about the experience of Howard Pittman is this entire experience is documented in scripture!
Howard Pittman has traveled the world for the past 30+ years bringing this message wherever asked.
Call a spade a spade, and you will never be disrespected by colleages as long as your facts are correct.
ReplyDeleteWhat kind of kool-aid are you drinking?
I have the unfortunate ability to spot liars often immediately however this skill only serves to protect me.
When I say liars, I do not mean the average person who tells the occasional lie or a person who may tell more than occasional lies
but the extremely convincing, glib perfect liar who has no tells and is an expert at knowing what people want and how to give it to them.
When they are caught in a lie, they create a better lie to cover it or use their emotional power of manipulation to minimize it so those who know don’t care.
I have met several liars at the workplace, one who defrauded the company of thousands of dollars and took advantage of other co-workers and prior to that I informed all of my co-employees and the boss that he was an untrustworthy liar and I stated facts that proved my case yet they were ignored. In in other situations outside of work and the outcome was similar. People are animals; emotional creatures not rational and when you present the truth they ignore it.
Anyone can spot a normal liar but it is pathological or sociopathic liars that are rarely caught and unless you have evidence that can’t be ignored then don’t even bother.
You’ll look like an asshole and the liar will use their abilities to disparage your reputation.
