A CEO who cheats his employees out of their pensions and then walks off without a tinge of regret may be a psychopath.Psychopaths, violent or non-violent, have no “moral compass,” no conscience.
this is what dan okeefe did at the conclusion of thermotron’s
“employee attitude survey”
any employeee who had about 5 years of service.. got pink slipped.. they had the biggest lay offf in the history of the company..
Fred Plont said they were just getting rid of the dead wood”
but if that was true.. thay would have gotten rid of HIM.!!
this was because the law was being changed .. and U could now be vested in five years..
They do not experience feelings of guilt for the crimes or betrayals they commit.

Roger cannady had a tough time at thermotron-- 
he was fired for approving too much lying cheating and stealing..
and because of the high turn over-- with thomas bannach-- it was other employee's job to train the new hires-- 2 weeks with mark lamers in holland michigan just didn't cut it

Thomas bannach as the west coast manager-- said it was ok to lie cheat defraud and miss- lead the new employee's ..  and you could embezzle a little bit every day

thomas patterson - Sorry I'm Not Perfect-- thermotron management training

thomas patterson got his management training at thrmotron under Bob wiley as the National service menager

Thermotron and Bob management philosophy was -- the service personall real "job description" was get the custome to "sign off" on the equipment and if it dosen't work "just tell them we will cover it under a "warrenty"

Thermotron and Bob Wiley personal management style was " it is ok to lie to him and defraud your co workers- so long as you did not get him in trouble"

When this ment was people like John TenBrink would back stabb and lie about their co workers miss lead them or lead them astray-- and then run behind their backs and rat them out.

This is how personal relationships were established.. Thomas patterson and Thomas Bannach applied this as well to their management style.

So that thomas Patterson thought it "funny" when John TenBrink would defraud his co workers and when thomas bannach would conspire to defraud his co workers and slander them behind their backs..

Thomas Bannach did this for 30 years at thermotron.. Thomas Bannach was know as the "over payed -do--nothing" and the Spineless Gutless wonder "

But this syle monomer -- was considered "normal" at thermotron-- as no one at that time had any management training--

As thoman bannach said everyone is a manager --is some one who lies cheats defrauds miss leads lead astray, and lible and slanders -- because all companies are corrupt

Hopefully some place more reasonable to live than California. Personally, with the costs and taxes here in Michigan I sure wouldn’t make this my first choice. There sure were a lot of memories from T-land. Some good, some not. Some things that were going on in the field I wish I had been aware of–but, in retrospect at least it was something to learn from. I try to follow the “if you can’t say something good…” philosophy so I won’t say too much about Thermotron but the last 3 years seem to have made the problems with that management theory finally have a major effect on their business. It surprises me that it takes so long for results to be seen from both good and bad things. I would expect quicker results. It seems to work for us to be aware of the competition but not sell against them or even address them too much in our approach, just concentrate on the equipment and what we will do for the customer. I have come to learn that there are some bad customers, very few actually, but it’s best just to walk away and leave those to someone else. Of course I think we could use more service people but I can’t argue against the volume numbers I see coming in. The trend is up but not by leaps and bounds so we’re still in a holding pattern as far as adding people. I certainly think you would be an asset. We don’t have a wild crew (unless I’m missing something again) but then how wild can one guy be? As we get older we get wiser. To thine own self be true. (and to heck with the rest) I hope the move works out well and keep in touch. Best regards, Tom as always.. humble thanks for letting me vent over these 20+ years.. But if i have ever hurt someone it was not intentional, but interesting hil sysbesma referred to the management style as “petty and vinidictive..Especallyafter o’kefe brought a law suit agains him for a million dallars as recall Hil telling me. Tom banish’s management style as dean tripp(i believe he is 70 years old this year or 71) said was”make it hard on him” he wanted to build a case against every one.. and Tom bannish was very succussful in that .. without a doubt yes i never really fit in there. gosh i guess i was a square.. not drinking all that beer at lunch and after work. That is why tenbrink and dave durham called me squeky..i guess they were wild.. hank william’s songs.. “on the road again.. i can’t wait to get on the road again” tenbrink singing.. kind of like his brother who died young ” the cournal ” music man John even gave me a record that his brother produced. yes john tenbrink was a wild man.. And mardy rich.. got a taste of his style of “leading people astray” this appears to be another holland style Holland’ers, church goers particular wird people.. where dishonesty was the policy.. PRIMARY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Maintains all departmental files including active employee records, terminated employee files, employees’ benefits records, and general administrative files. 
  • Implement and process all paperwork for personnel transactions such as new hires, promotions, transfers, leaves of absence, retirements, and terminations.  Assemble new hire policy manuals as needed.
  • Maintain records and logs, as necessary, for administration of company benefits programs, salary administration programs, EEO compliance, employee relations problems, employment programs, and prepare various reports for management.
  • Completes medical billing for Thermotron Medical and Optional Life Plans.
  • Log, send and balance account information for reimbursement program.
  • Initiate COBRA notifications, calculate payments, record and follow - up on status for all eligible personnel.
  • Answering employee questions regarding health insurance policy and procedure.
  • Performs a variety of clerical duties for the department staff using Word, Excel, and Power Point.  Most of this work requires access to confidential data such as employee payroll, discipline records or medical information.
  • Maintains ongoing departmental reports and creates specialized reports as needed.
  • Maintains the employee data and wage data sheets and the employee appraisal forms and forwards the “review packets” to the appropriate managers in a timely manner.
  • Administers the 401K benefit program for the division.
  • Assists with the administration of the Medical and Dependent Care Reimbursement programs.
  • Coordinate a variety of employee relation’s programs such as employee welfare fund, company service awards program, and employee discounts.
  • Coordinates the annual awards dinner and others employee events as required. 

SECONDARY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • May be required to cross train and perform some or all duties of the Human Resource Receptionist and/or Benefits Coordinator if necessary.
  • May assist Plant Employee Relations Specialist or Training Coordinator as needed.
  • May assist with conducting employee orientation meetings with new hires.
  • May coordinate the production employee uniform program if required.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Small world.. the man i was training to fly paragliders has known bill arvo for about 30 years.. i told him obviously he lives a double life.. because just about every outside sales man i have worked with was fully engaged in thief and embesslment.. (except bill slonker, i think).
 
 
Yes i told him i knew about Bill Arvo.. because the sales embezzler i worked with always talked about him winning the "clock" sales award...And Bill Arvo knew all about the details of Bo Bjarno.. Except of course how 2 years earler i talked about it with Dick Mckennley when Tom Bannash and he were harassing the securtary to drum her out..
 
 
 
As i told him The Whole west coast was nothing more than a Den a Liers, Theves and Embezzlers.. and actually Bo Bjarno has better character that Tom Bannish. Bacause all of Bannash's Pet theves were stealing way over 10 thousand to as much as 30 thousand..

He did say Good People are hard to find .. which is why he was doing the set up work with his little company called "Test" i guess you guys owned 49 % of it for a while..

Any way... even funner... i ended up interviewing .. at Turner's company EETS II , or something like that.. where Tom Bannish is.. .

I thanked him for his time but told him that i couldn't work where Tom Bannask was employed.. Because in short it was such a horrable time working under him with all the different liers, theves and embezzlers, and that he bragged what a good lier he was, and every one would go along with what he said..
I don't need that working environment again..I found it rather unhealthy working with murders, liers and thieves.
 
 
But as the Bible says the  Thermoton  thief comes to kill, steal and destroy. 
 
and as Thomas Bannach bragged-- libel and slander and defraud--
